1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs your access to and use of Eora, a software-as-a-service application for time tracking, project management, invoicing, and related integrations. By creating an account or using Eora, you agree to these terms.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Eora for your internal business purposes, including tracking time, managing clients and projects, reviewing timesheets, preparing invoices, and creating draft invoices through supported third-party integrations. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security concern.
4. Integrations
Eora may allow you to connect third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, to support invoicing and accounting workflows. Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' terms. You authorize Eora to exchange data with connected services as needed to provide the requested functionality, such as creating draft invoices from approved time entries.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Eora, including client, project, time entry, and invoice information. You grant Eora permission to process that data solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Eora may be modified, suspended, or unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, security, or operational reasons. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Disclaimers
Eora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business, legal, accounting, or tax requirement. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, time entries, and accounting outputs before sending or relying on them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Eora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or operational risk, or use the service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
10. Contact
Questions about this agreement may be directed to the Eora team through the contact channel provided with your account or website.
